Misericordia University's Ryan Dorosh (Garnet Valley, PA/Garnett Valley) was named the Mid-Atlantic Pitcher of the Year by d3baseball.com and was joined on the All-Region team by teammates Kyle Lindsay (Sewell, NJ/St. Augustine Prep) and Mike Comerford (Morris Plains, NJ/Parsippany Hills).
