Cory Poepperling (Laceyville, PA/Montrose) of Misericordia University has been named to the MAC Men's Indoor Track & Field All-Academic team.

Misericordia University's Andrew Nelson (Olyphant, PA/Holy Cross) has been named the Corvias ECAC South Men's Track & Field Athlete of the Week.

Misericordia University has placed 56 student-athletes on the Middle Atlantic Conferences Winter Academic Honor Roll.

The Misericordia University men's and women's track teams swept the MAC Track & Field Athlete of the Week awards, following a successful outdoor opener at the Washington & Lee Carnival.

Cory Poepperling led the Misericordia University men's track & field team with a school record-breaking leap of 4.56m in the pole vault in the final day of the Washington and Lee Carnival on Saturday afternoon.

Mikael Hause led the Misericordia University men's track and field team with a time of 4:03.80 and a fifth place finish in the men's 1500m at the Washington and Lee Carnival on Friday night.
